Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

  Schedule Collection

  Once your request is approved, our specialized logistics team will contact you to arrange a convenient time for a white-glove pickup from your residence.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
